Lawn Care Program
Our basic lawn program consists of 5 timely applications of fertilizer throughout your lawn’s growing season.
We use fertilizers in granular, slow release form, which provide the lawn with a constant release of nutrients for even
color and growth. The weed control is applied in liquid form and only to those areas where it is needed.
We’ve combined the best of both worlds: The quality and dependability of slow release fertilizers with the effectiveness
and
flexibility of liquid weed control.
Spring Application #1
A balanced fertilizer designed to help wake up the lawn after winter dormancy. This fertilizer contains a pre-emergent crabgrass control to reduce the risk of crabgrass germination. Broad leaf weed control is also applied as needed.
Early Summer Application #2
A balanced fertilizer is used to keep the lawn growing and maintaining good color throughout the early summer months. Broadleaf weed control is also applied as needed. Surface insect control may be applied as needed.
Late Summer Application #3
A balanced fertilizer to help keep the lawn healthy as possible during the hot summer months is used. Broad leaf weeds are treated as needed. Surface insect control may be applied as needed.
Fall Application #4
A heavy rate of fertilizer is applied to the lawn. This will help promote root and new plant growth. Weeds will also be controlled as needed. Fall is the best time for growing grass and is the best time to schedule our core aeration and overseeding services.
Winter Application #5
A balanced fertilizer designed to help promote root development and cell wall hardening to give resistance to turf diseases throughout the winter months. It will also help encourage early spring green up.
Deluxe Lawn Program
Our Deluxe lawn program begins with the same 5 timely applications but adds your choice of the following:Guaranteed Grub Proofing
Turf Logic will provide any application necessary, preventive and curative, to keep all white grub species from damaging your turf. Spring, early summer and fall applications may be necessary . If ever there were a problem, we own it. We will reseed any damage to your lawn caused by grubs at no charge. Got a question? Call us, as always service calls are free.Lime Application
Lime is provided in the fall, often at the same visit as the Fall Application. Lime is applied to maintain the present soil pH. If corrective applications may be recommended as a result of soil testing, a Spring/Fall schedule of liming would be proposed at corrective application rates.
