Lime Application

Lime is provided in the fall, often at the same visit as the Fall Application. Lime is applied to maintain the present soil pH. If corrective applications may be recommended as a result of soil testing, a Spring/Fall schedule of liming would be proposed at corrective application rates.

Core Aeration

A machine goes over the lawn pulling cores out of the lawn. This activity reduces thatch and compaction of the ground allowing water, air and fertilizer to enter the plant root system.

Overseeding

This service is performed with the core aeration. It introduces new seed varieties into the lawn and will help thicken your existing lawn as well as any bare areas.

Topdressing with Organic Compost

Program designed using aeration, overseeding and organic compost material to vastly improve the soil’s quality for your lawn’s long term benefits. This service can be performed on an entire lawn or needed sections.

Fungicide

Disease can be a season long problem for lawns. Generally, fungicide applications can be avoided through proper cultural practices. However, when necessary these applications can be provided.

Surface Insect Control

Treatments, applied as needed, will rid your lawn of damaging insects such as chinch bugs and sod web worm.
